Topnet Surveying Instruments Pvt. Ltd. believes that the speedy delivery is the way to give best service to our customers.

Shipping partners: 

We use Reputed courier companies only for shipping our items. Currently we have tied up with following courier companies Professional Courier (www.tpcindia.com/), DTDC ( www.dtdc.com ), India Post (remote locations only)

We use India Post to ship remote locations where above courier companies do not service. Kindly check your pin code for courier service availability, by checking your pin code in the serviceable list on the courier companies web site. If your location is not serviceable by any of the above couriers, we can ship items via India post only.  Which may take 3-12 days for delivery.

Packing:

We take much care to pack the items to be shipped & delivered in safe condition. All our items are packed using plastic bags / carton box / bubble sheet / cushion foam etc. The packing where sealed by adhesive tapes and printed address labels were affixed. We request buyers not to accept parcels if they are torn out / damaged / opened during delivery. kindly report to us immediately for further actions.

Time to Dispatch

Most of the orders will be Dispatched on the same day or next day, subject to payment clearance & stock availability.

Some of the items will be arranged against order basis and will be dispatched in 2-5 days subject to payment clearance & stock availability. Contact our customer support for exact dispatch time and status.

In case, If we could not process your orders with in prescribed time, we will inform you the status by email/phone.

*Orders will not be processed, Dispatched or delivered on Sunday and other public holidays

Other terms:

COD/DOD orders will be dispatched only after 2 days due to verification & courier arrangement to pick up.
